From M25  Jnc 28 To Hornchurch takes 13 minutes. 

Follow A12 A1023. Take Slip road keep over to the right. Romford A12[W].   At Brook Street roundabout follow A12[W] keep left when you go under M25.

Take road sign posted London (E&C) Romford A12.

Follow A12 Colchester Rd until Gallows Corner roundabout and flyover.

Take 2nd exit Main Rd Gidea Park A118 toward Romford.

At Traffic lights turn left into Upper Brentwood Rd (sign posted Hornchurch / Gidea Park Stn).

Go straight across mini roundabout into Brentwood Rd at roundabout take 2nd exit Slewins Lane to the end at T junc turn right into Butts Green Rd which turns into North Street.

Go over Emerson Park railway bridge, keep right, the Chequers Pub is in front of you on it’s own island, go round the back of the pub, keeping the petrol garage on your left.

Take the road on your left Billet Lane.

Follow until you see the Queens Theatre, with a fee paying car park before on the left which you can use.

Fairkytes is a red brick building with a white doorway on the right opposite the theatre.

Parking is available in Sainsbury’s just past Fairkytes, free for two hours.

 

From M25  Jnc 29 to Hornchurch takes 14 minutes.

Follow A127 Southend, Basildon, Romford.

Take Slip road keep over to the left.

Take first exit London (E&C) Romford A127.

Stay on the A127 until you see Traffic lights.

Keep Left and turn Left at the lights into Ardleigh Green Rd.

Follow to mini roundabout, go straight over into Butts Green Rd which turns into North street.
